Centre Manager Job Overview
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a production workshop, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to achieve targets and maintain high-quality repairs.
2. Quality and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
4. Profit and Loss Management: Ensure the site operates profitably and prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.
5. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
6. Work Health and Safety: Maintain the WHS management system and ensure all WHS policies and procedures are followed.
