Healthcare Professional for Remote Community
The Woorabinda Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse to provide healthcare services in a remote indigenous community.
About the Role:
* This position involves providing direct care to clients in a rural and remote setting, working autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating health programs in one of four main areas: Chronic Disease; Women and Child Health; Community and Public Health; Community Home Support Program (CHSP).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate.
* Further qualifications or evidence of further learning relating to Community and Primary Health Care, Diabetes education, and/or Rural and Remote Nursing would be highly regarded.
