Trainer Role
This role involves training and assessing learners in a variety of settings, including classroom, workplace, and e-learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Delivery & Learner Support: Facilitate engaging and accessible training sessions, tailoring your approach to meet individual learner needs through initial reviews.
* Assessment & Development: Design, deliver, and assess training using compliant tools, contributing to moderation, validation, and ongoing course improvement.
* Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure alignment with relevant standards, legislative obligations, and government-funded contracts, maintaining audit readiness and supporting quality assurance.
* Content Creation & Documentation: Develop relevant training materials and assessments, managing timely completion of all compliance and placement documentation.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Professional Practice: Foster strong learner and industry relationships, maintaining high standards of service delivery and staying current in relevant industry skills and professional practices.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor, or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus specific units.
* Industry Experience: Vocational competence in relevant courses, with experience developing, coordinating, and reviewing nationally recognised training and assessments.
* Skills: Proven ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective programs across various formats, strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory frameworks, high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
