The role involves coordinating retail distribution support activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute business initiatives and merchandising expectations effectively.
* Build customer support capabilities by establishing quality relationships at all levels.
* Develop and support our brand activities, including promotional events and peak trading periods.
* Identify customer training opportunities and conduct relevant modular training.
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* A valid driver's license
* Strong Relationship Management skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the sales team
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Physical Fitness (manual lifting required)
