The Opportunity
This is your chance to thrive in a high-end, professional yet supportive environment. You'll be part of a TOP & busy paced sales team of 4, providing support and coming forward with ideas.
* Mainly in-house position with adhoc on the road to support your team at busy times
* Manage administration and some communications for buyers and sellers and provide regular updates
* Liase with the marketing team and coordinate photography, trades & pre-settlement inspections
* Book and conduct some home opens and private viewings as needed
* Update checklists, identify better/more efficient procedures
We're Looking For - Someone Who:
* Has experience in real estate Sales Admin or as a Sales PA within a fast-paced Real Estate office
* Holds a current Sales Registration or is willing to obtain
* Bring a professional, ethical, and trustworthy approach
* Has excellent phone manner and confident communication
* Is positive, proactive, and enjoys solving problems
* Wants to add value and grow with an already established and well known team
