Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer or Architect (Residential) to play a key role in delivering high-quality residential outcomes across our projects.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced residential interior designer or architect who enjoys working closely with clients and taking responsibility for projects from early design through to construction support.
The role focuses on detailed residential design, material and finish selection, documentation quality, and collaboration with the construction team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead client consultations, design presentations, and selection meetings
Develop residential design concepts, space planning, and material palettes
Produce accurate, build-ready drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and or other BIM software
Prepare detailed schedules and specifications for finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and joinery
Manage and coordinate client selections, supplier engagement, and ordering processes
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding approvals and design refinements
Work closely with the Director, internal team, and construction staff to ensure smooth project delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
Contribute design insight and ideas to support continuous improvement
About You
Qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
Minimum 5 years experience in residential design, renovations, or housing projects
Strong residential design aesthetic with excellent attention to detail
High level of competency in documentation and construction detailing
Solid knowledge of residential materials including tile, stone, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes
Confident reading and interpreting floor plans, sections, and construction drawings
Experience working alongside construction teams and understanding build sequencing
Proficient in AutoCAD and or SketchUp
Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a close-knit team
