An exciting opportunity exists for an Executive Administrator for Home Hardware, Tackle World, and Totally Workwear in Kununurra, WA.

Varied role supporting three retail businesses plus personal investments
Responsibilities
* Acting as the owner's key support, assisting across business and personal priorities
* Conducting inspections of personal rental investment properties as required
* Liaising with accounts staff across the businesses regarding overdue accounts and follow-ups
* Communicating with suppliers (e.g., sourcing marketing resources for new products)
* Researching options, gather information, and coordinate actions on the owner's behalf
* Providing general administrative and operational support across day-to-day needs
Requirements
* Strong background in an EA role and/or small business experience (academic or lived)
* Confident communicator who can represent the owner professionally with staff and suppliers
* Excellent time-management and organisational abilities
* Comfortable working independently while following direction (owner retains decision-making)
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for inspections/meetings
