Job Title: Operations Lead


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as an Operations Lead. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Service Consultants to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.


Main Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and customer experience outcomes
* Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Monitor and drive performance metrics to ensure achievement of service level goals
* Participate in special projects to support business objectives


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

2+ years of experience in a people leadership role or relevant demonstrable experience working in a contact centre environment

Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels

Proven ability to initiate and manage change; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Demonstrated passion to work in a high-achievement, sale-focused, outcome-driven team

Ability to adapt in a changing environment

Experience in roles requiring adherence to legislation and regulatory requirements
