Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector or this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, THIS is the role for you! 
Manage a large attendance service (120 place licensed ) in a excellent community focused school. Permanent part-time position, 33 hours per week including 3 non-contact administration hours. T his is an opportunity to work with the existing team to build an inclusive program catering to all needs. As the Coordinator, you will be working across our Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program) and After School Care (Stay and Play Program): 
**Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program)**: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 8:45am After School Care (Stay and Play Program): Monday to Friday, 2:15pm - 6:00pm 
About the role 
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. 
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for? 
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA Australian work rights
