IT Service Management Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management expert to join our team. As a senior account executive, you will be responsible for creating, qualifying, developing, and selling ITOM/ITSM solutions.
The Opportunity:
* You will lead with business value and engage both new and existing clients with a consultative sales approach.
* Your territory will span many large and mid-sized clients, where you will manage a defined territory and work with a broad team of pre-sales solution consultants.
* You will be responsible for creating and managing pipelines, identifying key drivers of value for the customer, and developing unique value propositions by articulating a vision that resonates with the customer.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of proven software SaaS or license sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of over-achievement and new business wins.
* A strong network of client contacts and experience in following a sales methodology, in territory management, account development, and opportunity management.
* University or bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.

1. You will partner with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
3. You will maintain accurate revenue forecasting and ensure the CRM system is always up to date.
