What You'll Be Doing
Work within a team environment to maintain the highest standard of support necessary to facilitate the care and movement of patients within the Perioperative services in a reliable, timely and effective manner.
To ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the Operating Suite, Recovery ward, Middleton and CSSD.
To assist within the Operating Rooms with patient care and positioning as directed by Registered Nurse, Surgeon or Anaesthetist.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and ability to relate well and communicate respectfully to line management, colleagues and members of the public.
* Demonstrates previous portering and cleaning experience in a hospital setting.
