Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Mangalore, TAS. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team effectively, setting performance goals, and driving them to achieve business objectives. The role involves mentoring team members, monitoring daily operations, reporting performance metrics, and devising strategies to improve overall efficiency and engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business needs is also a key part of this position.

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectivelyStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for effective team collaboration and conflict resolutionExperience in process optimization, target setting, and performance evaluationProficiency in analytics and reporting tools to monitor team and project performanceStrong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage team workflowsBachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related fieldPrior experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus
