Project Coordinator – Large Transformation Program
6-month initial contract with potential extension.
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large and complex rail transformation program within the Victorian State Government.
You will play a key role in supporting the program team with coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a high-profile multi-year infrastructure and technology uplift.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven coordinator looking to contribute to a significant public-sector program of work.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination support across program workstreams
Maintain program documentation, registers, schedules, and governance material
Assist with reporting, status updates, and preparation of program artefacts
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and steering groups, including logistics and minute-taking
Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities
Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones across the program
Ensure program information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to key stakeholders
About You
Experience supporting large transformation or infrastructure programs in State Government, ideally major transport and infrastructure uplifts
Strong coordination and organisational capability, with high attention to detail
Excellent documentation and reporting skills across complex project environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-moving program
