Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager at our retail location.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in customer service, with the ability to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). They should also have strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and visual merchandising expertise.
The role involves collaborating with the store management team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will provide coaching and feedback to team members, help them grow in their roles, and oversee daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

This is a full-time Assistant Store Manager position that requires availability every second weekend, one late-night per week, and some public holidays. We offer a competitive hourly rate, penalty rates for evenings, weekends, and public holiday shifts, as well as 50% off products, KPI and sales incentives, and a structured 3-month training plan.
