About The Role
As a Medical Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play an important part in supporting surgeries across Australia by managing the preparation and return of medical instrument kits. You'll learn how our systems and processes keep hospitals equipped and ready for surgery, working closely with a supportive operations team. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, label, and dispatch surgical kits and equipment for hospital use
* Receive and check returned kits, ensuring items are complete and in good condition
* Maintain accurate stock records through our warehouse system
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and clinical teams to meet hospital requirements
* Assist with general warehouse tasks and help maintain a safe, organised workspace
Experience and Attributes
* Open to candidates or graduates from logistics, retail, hospitality or other fast-paced environments
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
* Enjoys teamwork and contributing to shared goals
* Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling stock
