We are seeking a dynamic arts communications and partnerships professional to join our festivals team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about community and festivals, speaking to audiences and building partnerships through working collaboratively with a small and dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing plans, audience engagement, and development functions for the Arts Merri-bek festival program.
* IDentify and maintain strategic partnership and sponsorship relationships across the program.
Festivals we work on: Brunswick Music Festival, Sydney Road Street Party, Glenroy Festival, Fawkner Festa, Coburg Night Market and Carols by the Lake.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated marketing experience in the arts, festivals, events, film or music industries.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with demonstrable experience in writing and editing for a variety of audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to work flexibly, effectively, and cooperatively as part of a team in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
* Demonstrated sponsorship and stakeholder management experience including delivering stakeholder events.
* Ability to deliver quality and innovative outcomes within tight timelines and within budget.
Benefits
This is a part-time permanent role, 0.6 FTE (based on 38 hours per week).
