As part of our growing involvement with Inclusive Employment Australia, we are building a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating meaningful, sustainable opportunities for people of all abilities. Breakthru Inclusive Employment Australia Event Tuesday 24th March 2026 5:00pm Penrith We’re excited to be participating in the Inclusive Employment Australia event in Penrith, where we’ll be meeting jobseekers interested in meaningful career opportunities within our organisation. We’re looking for passionate, motivated individuals who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive and inclusive workplace. If you're attending the event, we’d love to meet you! If you’re driven by purpose, partnership and positive impact, we want to hear from you. Available Opportunities: Career Coaches Support clients through personalised coaching, career planning, job readiness and long-term vocational support. Actively markets and engages their clients with local employers to secure sustainable career opportunities. Partnership Coaches Engage directly with employers and community partners to build and strengthen inclusive employment pathways. Provides on the job support mentoring clients whilst in employment. Partnership Specialists Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers, industries and networks to influence systems and create opportunities. Essential Criteria To be successful in these roles, you will have: A current driver’s licence Experience in employment services and/or supporting people with disability, injury or a health condition Ability to meet KPI expectations while maintaining quality, person‑centred service Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong relationship-building skills with participants, employers and community stakeholders A commitment to empowering people to achieve their employment goals Passion for inclusion, diversity and social impact Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team Why Join Breakthru?
