Job Description:
We seek a Team Leader to lead a dynamic team in our Launceston TAS branch, providing occupational rehabilitation and injury management services to local customers.
* Key Accountabilities:
* Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
* Meet individual and team targets
* Deliver exceptional services and outcomes for clients
* Nurture relationships with key customers to grow the team
* Complete assessments and deliver case management services as needed
Qualifications:
* Essential Requirements:
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Registration with AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW
* Demonstrated leadership skills or experience in a similar role
* Ability to grow services and build strong customer relationships
