The role involves driving land and built form sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in managing the full sales process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and working closely with local agents to maximise results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end sales process for land and built form projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and stakeholders.
* Conduct onsite inspections, presentations, and negotiations with prospective purchasers.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting within the CRM system.
* Provide leadership to Sales Associates and support staff.
* Attend industry events, weekly sales meetings.
* Uphold brand standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will work 5 days a week including weekends, with Wednesdays & Thursdays off. You will bring:
* Demonstrated success in residential project sales (land and/or built form).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A current NSW Assistant Agent Licence or Real Estate Licence.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive, driven and customer-centric approach.
* A driver's licence and vehicle as there will be some travel involved.
