 
        
        Disability Support Worker - Individualised Supports 
Our Individualised Supports Team has casual vacancies. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing person-centred support to our participants. The role involves working a variety of shifts between 5am and 9pm, 7 days a week, across the service area from Helensburgh to Kiama. The position is well suited to people studying (Nursing Assistants, Enrolled Nurses, Aged Care) or those returning to work with caring responsibilities. 
You will be part of a dynamic team delivering person-centred support to participants in a 1:1 capacity, with a strong focus on building independent living skills and increasing social connections through participation in community activities and/or employment. You will also assist participants with personal care activities, household duties, attending appointments, skill-building activities, transport and social connection. 
As The Successful Candidate You Will Have The Following 
Ability to enable inclusion for people with disability 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Genuine desire to provide high quality care for people with disability 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
Creativity to promote and support community contribution 
Demonstrated awareness of disability 
You will be required to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Screening Check, and evidence of at least two (2) doses of a COVID-19 vaccination before commencement. A current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are also required. 
Onboarding training will occur upon commencement from 
29 October 2025 
until 
12 November 2025 
. This will include a mix of face-to-face sessions, online modules and buddy shifts over a two-week period.
