Were seeking a passionate New Graduate or experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Maroba. This is a Parental Leave Relief position working 2 days per week as a key member of our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional wellness programs to Maroba residents.
Key outcomes will include:
Ensure we provide safe quality delivery of wellness programs to our residents
Demonstrate initiative flexibility and be outcome-focused with an ability to find solutions to resolve problems
Proactively work with all teams in the prevention of injuries
Build capacity within our care teams through mentoring teaching and transfer of knowledge utilising evidence based practice
We are seeking applicants who have:
Extensive experience working as a Physiotherapist preferably in an Aged Care or Acute setting with responsibility for overseeing resident programs assessments and reporting
Demonstrated experience in designing resident focussed programs based on evidence -based practice
Highly effective written verbal and interpersonal skills
A working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
