We will provide vital services, including patient services, environmental services, food, security, help desk and more. THE POSITION
* Partnering with managers to execute People strategies and operational objectives.
* Leading workforce transition, onboarding, and ongoing training coordination.
* Supporting recruitment efforts and maintaining a pool of skilled casual staff.
* Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management and HR policy compliance.
* Managing investigations, complaints and union‑related matters in line with Compass procedures.
* Coordinating performance review processes, training audits and reporting.
* Supporting key HR systems such as PageUp, Deputy, and CHESS, while coaching leaders in their use.
THE PERSON
* Experienced HR generalist with a strong background in healthcare environments.
* Proven ability to coach and mentor managers, providing confident, solutions‑focused HR support.
* Skilled in managing recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee engagement processes.
* Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations and industrial matters.
* Strong administrative, reporting and systems capability (PageUp, Deputy, CHESS).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Committed to safety, compliance and promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Must hold or be able to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
