Hutcheon and Pearce Branch Manager Full-Time Griffith NSW We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Griffith NSW location, now home to our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, the largest John Deere dealership site in the Southern Hemisphere. This is a rare opportunity to shape performance, culture, and customer experience at a flagship site designed for growth, innovation, and operational excellence. In this role, you will: Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with company strategy Lead, coach, and mentor Sales, Parts, Service, and Admin teams Drive collaboration between branch staff and functional management Champion the company’s values, mission, and customer‑first approach Oversee facility maintenance, presentation, safety, and security Manage customer escalations and maintain strong community relationships Ensure financial performance across sales, costs, labour, absorption, and market share Support departmental growth through communication, guidance, and operational best practice You will bring: Experience in dealership operations (parts, service, or sales preferred) Knowledge of John Deere or similar agricultural equipment and industry trends Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills A proven ability to problem solve, plan, and deliver business goals Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency with standard computer applications (Microsoft Office, online systems) What We’ll Bring: Industry Competitive Remuneration A certified family-owned Australian business with a supportive structure.
