Infrastructure Support Officer (SA Government)
Initial 6-month contract + possibility of extension. Managing and supporting internal infrastructure. Working with children checks will be required prior commencement. Supporting schools around the Adelaide Hills Regions - Mt. Barker - Mannum. Only applicants with current Australian work rights will be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of Infrastructure Support activities within an internal client environment across various business units. Provide ongoing support, level 1/2 technical support and some server support (BAU, backup and troubleshooting).
Qualifications
- Must have minimum 2 years\' experience supporting Server and desktop workplace (hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices etc.), TCP/IP, networking, and information system security principles.
- An understanding of how communications networks work (mainly Cisco focus).
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange servers.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be self-managed and able to work with minimal supervision.
