Wisely Group Mackay is breaking new ground. Due to significant business growth, we require additional support for our Finance Department.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for performing finance duties for the Wisely Group. In this role you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely processing and reporting of various financial functions. You will also have growth opportunities, assisting and working in all areas of the Finance Department. This would be an ideal position for someone looking to further their career in finance.
Core Accountabilities Of The Role Include Assisting With
* Payroll end-to-end processing of weekly timesheets.
* Accounts payable processing and reconciliations.
* Accounts receivable tasks
* Assisting with general finance duties as required
Requirements of the role:
* 2-3 years working in a similar role, including experience in payroll and accounts receivable
* Sound knowledge of accounting systems and processes
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive team attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* Confident in problem-solving and working under pressure
