Payroll Manager Role - Flexible Working
The Andersen Partnership has been engaged on a Payroll Manager role for a global software business. This business has recently seen new investment so it's an exciting time to join as they continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 3 payroll officers, overseeing end to end payroll
* Report directly into the APAC financial controller, who has a wealth of experience in the sector
* Book payroll for over 1000 employees fortnightly/monthly
* Be a role model to the rest of the team, setting a high standard and supporting with process improvements
About You:
* 8-10 years experience in payroll and 3+ years in a leadership position
* Must have ADP Payforce experience
* Strong communication and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stake holders
