About this opportunity
Due to our ongoing expansion in the mulch and soils market, we now have an opportunity for an experienced EXCAVATOR / LOADER /PLANT OPERATOR to join us. Play a key role in this environmental business and its valued customers, while being a part of a supportive small team.
The role reports to the Site Manager and your work location is based at the quiet area of Two Wells. There may be times of work at various off site locations.

What are the main requirements of the Role?
· Load materials onto vehicles
· Safely and competently operate plant and equipment
· Maintain and look after plant and equipment
· Ensure the smooth flow of recyclables for processing
· Interact with various customers in a professional and dedicated manner
What do I need to be considered for this role?
· Must have minimum of 3 years Excavator or Loading or Plant operator
· High awareness of safety and related procedures as they apply to the role
· LL and LE (Excavator & Front- end Loader) licence
· White card is essential and HC licence preferred
· Be able to work independently whilst contributing as a valued team player
· Display a sense of urgency, reliability and punctuality in your work
· Be willing to work with a sense of flexibility
· Have a hard-working approach with a good energy level
· Experience in the organics industry is preferred
· Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
