Our Relief Banking Team is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support our surrounding branches in the Newcastle area.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products. You will also have the opportunity to complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way. You will also need to be able to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
