The Property Management department plays a vital role within the organization, ensuring the effective management and care of investment properties.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be a motivated and passionate individual, who strives to provide outstanding service and build strong relationships. There is no management of a PM portfolio, as your sole focus will be to ensure the continued success of the department by assisting with recruitment, overseeing the department financial, ensuring legislation compliance.
Must Have
Experience in a Team Leader role in property management, or the equivalent experience in managing a portfolio.
A WA Property Management registration - a Diploma of Property is desired but not essential to be considered for the role.
The ability to lead, inspire and influence a team.
A passion for professional training and development of the staff.
Personal accountability and motivation.
