Job Overview
This role oversees the Northern Region sales operations and reports directly to the Sales Director.
Main Responsibilities
* Direct Area Sales Managers to meet business targets within customer agreements.
* Drive regional sales growth through effective activity management.
* Support team members in their duties, ensuring they operate efficiently.
* Provide regular feedback on sales team performance to achieve budget goals.
* Foster strong relationships with key customer personnel in the Region, discussing and implementing local trading agreements.
* Manage Regional Expenditure budget and maintain required records.
* Coordinate customer events and meetings across the region as necessary.
* Address performance, absence, and people management issues for the team with HR support.
* Attend regular manager training sessions.
