The Role
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Trainee / Personal Assistant to work directly alongside the Sales Team. This role offers exceptional hands-on industry experience, one-on-one mentoring, and genuine career progression. Energy, confidence, and the right attitude are the key ingredients for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, soft calling, and following up existing leads.
• Book quality appraisal appointments per day for the sales team.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from various lead sources.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Manage and update the CRM database and assist with client communication.
• Assist with marketing materials and maintain records in real estate management systems.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a customer service focus.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Highly organised with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and office software
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in real estate
