Based in the heart of Adelaide, this full-time role will see you join Saxon Smith's Sales and Leasing Team, providing a huge learning opportunity and clear pathway to becoming a stand-alone agent

What you'll be doing
* Assisting the sales and leasing agents with all aspects of the transaction process, including property marketing, inspections, negotiations and contract preparation
* Conducting property research and analysis to support the team's activities
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants
* Coordinating the scheduling of property inspections and client meetings
* Supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals and other client-facing materials
* Undertaking general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* 1-2 years' experience in a sales or leasing support role within the commercial real estate industry (or comparable industry)
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
* Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
* A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
* A relevant tertiary qualification in property, business or a related field would be highly regarded
