Our medium business Account Management team has an exciting opportunity to succeed within the Sunshine Coast and Far North Queensland region.
This role involves partnering with businesses to sell parcel delivery services, managing around 40-50 medium-sized revenue customers. As a trusted advisor for your customers in the Sunshine Coast & FNQ, you will help them thrive as their businesses grow.
Working mainly on the road visiting customers (including quarterly regional visits), you will develop strong relationships with business leaders across Australia.
The role includes B2B, B2C, and international freight solutions, utilizing the entire sales and account management infrastructure of Australia Post.
You will manage a portfolio of roughly 50 customers, solving various issues and fulfilling their requirements.
* Visit customers, understand their business, and develop solutions.
* Solve customer problems and help them access our network.
* Manage existing accounts to increase share of wallet and opportunities.
* Conduct joint business reviews with c-suite leaders.
* Analyze accounts for risks and growth opportunities.
* Build long-term trusted relationships.
* Develop new business, exceeding targets.
What We're Looking For
Sales or customer-centric experience is essential, along with credibility with face-to-face customers, a curious mind, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
A positive growth mindset and a customer-obsessed attitude are also required. Experience in freight or delivery services at Australia Post or similar is beneficial.
