Finance Business Partner
Location: Melbourne City Fringe | 5 days onsiteContract: 12-month fixed termStart: Ideally mid-March
About the role
Reporting into senior commercial finance leadership, you will partner closely with brand leadership and functions including Marketing, Product, Visual Merchandise and Wholesale.
Your responsibilities will include
* Monthly review and analysis of brand P&L against budget and projection, including clear variance commentary
* Preparation of management summaries and insights for senior stakeholders
* Cost centre reporting, analysis and cost control discussions with budget owners
* Monthly, seasonal and annual projections, including challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment to commercial plans
* Supporting the preparation of budgets and board-level reporting
* Driving process improvements to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy and timeliness

About you
* CA or CPA qualified
* Proven retail experience is essential
* Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and projections
* Comfortable working through large volumes of data with accuracy and structure
* Reliable, organised and able to plug in quickly
