Base pay range
A$75,000.00/yr - A$77,250.00/yr

We are seeking a Computer Network Professional to join our IT and infrastructure team. If you are passionate about high-performing, secure, and scalable network solutions and want to make a real-world impact, we want to hear from you.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* At least five years of relevant professional experience in network engineering or related discipline.
* Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, CompTIA) are highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, cloud networking, firewalls, and virtualized environments.
* Experience with monitoring tools, scripting, and automation for performance optimization.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
* Analyze, develop, interpret, and evaluate complex system design specifications, data models, and architecture diagrams.
* Research, analyze, evaluate, and monitor network infrastructure to ensure optimal configuration and performance.
* Recommend and implement strategies to improve network operations, including hardware, software, and communication systems integration.
* Provide expert support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including emergency response.
* Install, configure, test, and administer new and upgraded networks, database applications, servers, and workstations.
* Develop network programming solutions aligned with business needs and security requirements.
* Maintain detailed documentation including network inventory, troubleshooting records, and system modifications.
* Monitor traffic and usage patterns to ensure network integrity and efficiency.
* This is an on-site role based at our modern office in Box Hill.
