Role
Our Australian Direct Sales & Service team is looking for individuals with outstanding attitudes and exceptional work ethic to join our team. Our team commits to creating the best experience for our customers before, during and after purchasing our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound sales & customer service enquiries.
* Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
* Meeting and exceeding KPI targets with a focus on call quality and customer experience.
* Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting and other after‐sales enquiries.
* Always uphold Vuly's core values and mission.
