This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 3 to 5 years of industry experience, with an understanding of Quality Management Systems and an appreciation for building compliance. It’s ideal for individuals currently in site-based roles who are looking to advance their career and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects across current builds, refurbishments, fit outs, and remedial works.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Support project teams in delivering quality outcomes from start to finish
- Help manage quality processes, documentation, and reporting across projects
- Work with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance and best practice
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise
- Learn and apply quality systems and tools (including Procore) to strengthen capability across the team
What You’ll Bring
- Around 3 years’ experience in a Quality Advisor or site-based quality role
- A good understanding of compliance and risk in construction projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field (or working towards them)
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement
