Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned archaeologist to lead our cultural resource management efforts across various service lines in the Yukon and British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field-based cultural resource management assessments and provide expert technical guidance
* Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, actively participating in our HSSE programs
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Anthropology or Archaeology; Master's degree an asset
* Proven experience leading field-based cultural resource management assessments, with a strong track record of identifying traditional use sites and features
* Ability to hold a Class 2 Yukon Archaeological Site Regulation permit and maintain relevant certifications
* Dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment, working closely with other environmental professionals and First Nations
* Excellent technical writing skills, with experience in cultural resource management and a proven ability to solve complex problems
