Real Estate Sign Manufacturer & Installer (Full-Time)

We're looking for an all-rounder to join our team in the manufacturing and installation of real estate signs. If you're skilled with power tools, have a clean driver's license (5+ years), and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
Previous sign manufacturing or installation experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and install high-quality real estate signs.
* Operate power tools safely.
* Problem-solve on the job site.
* Maintain good communication with clients and the team.
* Follow daily run sheets
Requirements:
* Power tool experience.
* Minimum 1-2 years of power tool experience required.
* Valid driver's license (5+ years).
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* Basic email and internet proficiency required for IT skills.
* Attention to detail and reliability.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
