Administration Officer Churches of Christ Home Care, West Moreton Permanent Full Time - 76 hours a fortnight Salary ranges from: $29.54 to $31.56 per hour depending on experience About the role At Home Care West Moreton, we are currently seeking an experience Administration Officer to support our Service Manager, staff and residents with general admin duties. The Administration Officer is responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to home care clients and the team. As a Home Care Worker, you will: Respond to incoming enquires and manage interactions with residents/relatives, suppliers and other stakeholders via telephone, email and/or website Provide clients with information and screening on home care services including; home care funding packages and My Aged Care requirements Liaise with relevant teams to ensure paperwork, training, payroll and compliance requirements are completed within the onboarding process for new staff Schedule and organise meetings, interviews, training and appointments as required. Provide general administrative assistance including, coding of invoices and matching to purchase orders in HC system. Certificate 3 in Business Administration or equivalent Knowledge of the aged care/home care sector Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint A National Police Check.
