Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate in Information Technology.
* Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Server 2016 and above.
* Excellent Microsoft Office / O365 skills.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Strong PC and Server Hardware expertise.
* Experience with Cisco network devices, wireless networks, and hypervisors is a plus.
* Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
* The ability to work independently and proactively is necessary.
* Good judgment with strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
* Safety awareness and ability to work safely.
* Outstanding customer orientation with ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to read and write English ticket reference information.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with logical and organized approach.
