About The Role
* Develop and maintain contract, compliance and asset registers and maintain current project plans and risk registers.
* Assist with the preparation of Request for Tender (RFT) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date campus maps, evacuation plans and other campus information.
* Maintain current records of staff accommodation and update drawing files and filing systems, including the addition of project‑as‑built information.
* Provide a safe working environment for contractors, staff and students by participating in contractor onboarding, assessment of work method statements, and by the issue of work permits.
* Commit to pursuing cost‑effective outcomes and efficiency across all projects and understand and operate according to the defined department budget.
* Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with highly‑developed skills in contract administration, interpersonal and customer relation, documentation control and management with current experience in providing project support in a complex and demanding working environment.
You have the ability to work collaboratively and adopt a teamwork approach, you have a planned and analytical approach to workflow management and you have excellent time management, communication skills and you have the capacity to work within a team environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Required For The Role
* Qualification in Project Management, Contract Administration or similar construction‑related discipline, or demonstrated practical experience in this area.
