Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Your primary duties will include working closely with project stakeholders, developing and implementing contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, handling procurement processes, tendering, cost management, and budgeting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Construction Management or a related field
* 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial or industrial construction projects
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* A great attitude, with strong pride and passion for your work
