Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Base salary range: $68.86 - $74.76 p.h. (Nurse Grade 7)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus great Salary Packaging options to increase take-home pay

About your opportunity
The SPaRTa team delivers specialist multidisciplinary palliative care via telehealth to rural and remote communities across Townsville, North West and Mackay Hospital and Health Services. As part of the statewide Care in the Right Setting (CaRS) initiative, SPaRTa strengthens access to specialist palliative care for Queenslanders regardless of location through a regional Hub-and-Spoke model.
This role supports the delivery of high-quality palliative care by providing telehealth consultations, clinical advice and collaborative support to clinicians, patients and families in rural and remote facilities. A key focus is building strong professional relationships with Spoke sites and understanding their unique care environments, clinical capability and cross-boundary service needs to ensure responsive, culturally aware and coordinated palliative care.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registraton with AHPRA.
This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
Highly desirable
Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
