Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects and teams, and has a strong passion for document control.

About the Role:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, planning, controlling and directing the project scope of the document / record management program and some administrative activities.
* Key responsibilities include supporting the setup and maintenance of the Electronic Content Management System (ECMS), assisting in the planning of the scope of document/records management work, and training personnel to perform their assigned duties.
* The candidate will also be responsible for supporting quality assurance audits, internal technical reviews, client reviews, and external audits, as well as ensuring supplier and customer documentation is processed within established schedule standards.
* In addition, the Document Control Lead will prepare routine documents using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other office software as needed to support work activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years project-based experience managing a document/records management program with focus on configuration of the ECMS, work processes, and coordination of project workflow with other entities.
* Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing a document/records program team.
* At least 2-years' practical advanced experience using Aconex.
* Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Must be able to organize and prioritize assigned document management tasks.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
