The Opportunity
We're seeking trade-qualified OTM Technicians and Operators to join our Ballast Cleaning Team. All candidates must hold a recognised trade certificate. In this role, you'll operate and maintain the Plasser RM900 Ballast Cleaner and MFS wagons, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works across Pilbara rail networks.

What We're Looking For
* Mandatory trade qualification – all OTM Technicians and Operators must hold a recognised trade certificate (Electrician or Heavy Duty Mechanic required)
* Demonstrated experience operating and/or maintaining OTM and ballast cleaning equipment (Plasser RM900 / MFS wagons or similar highly regarded)
* Strong capability in fault-finding, diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical/electrical maintenance
* Proven ability to work safely and effectively in remote, high-volume rail environments
* A team-first attitude with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and performance
* Willingness to work FIFO rosters, which may vary based on operational requirements
