The company
The company is an occupational medical and physiotherapy practice working to assist employers and their agents to manage their worker's compensation risks and responsibilities. Their services include the treatment of injured workers, injury management consultations and examinations, and non-work-related occupational health examinations.
The role
The position has a significant role to play in growing the business, pursuing, and attracting new clients, retaining existing clients, generating new work opportunities, maintaining relationships, and assisting in the delivery of our digital marketing/online presence.
Areas of responsibility include:
Leads generating, onboarding and following up the new clients.
Rebuilding connection with those that have stopped using us.
Business development and focus on customer experience.
Get a clear understanding of the market and the various products and services offered by your competitors. Gaining industry insight and intelligence.
Maintaining knowledge and direction within the occupational Health sector
Based in the office (Waterloo suburb) and visiting onsite for client meetings.
About you
Someone with customer relations, marketing or business development experience.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Workers' compensation background preferred not essential.
Must be confident, & the ability to think outside the box.
Strong team player, and can-do approach.
Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clients.
Must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
