Group Compliance is responsible for lobbying, implementing and monitoring regulatory change with relevance to the CBA Group. It is also responsible for building frameworks and methodologies to enable consistency across the Group and to provide an operating environment to work within and meet our regulatory mandates.
The Compliance Frameworks and Licensing Chapter develops and maintains the frameworks for managing compliance across the Group:
* The Compliance Framework Centre of Excellence develops and maintains the overall compliance approach design, infrastructure, implementation, and monitoring including ownership of all relevant frameworks and policies; and
* The Licensing Centre of Excellence manages the Group's financial services and credit licenses, fit and proper requirements for Responsible Persons and oversees APRA Prudential governance requirements for the Group.

As a member of the Licensing Centre of Excellence, you will support the team with a range of activities including management of the Group's financial services and credit licenses, regulated roles, and Prudential Standard compliance.
On any given day you will support with:
* Managing the Group's ASIC Licence Management and APRA Prudential Governance Frameworks, including maintaining CBA's Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and Australian Credit Licence (ACL) requirements
* Facilitating Fit and Proper compliance requirements, including Responsible Person role assessments, fit and proper assessments and control testing
* Managing the Group's annual APS 310 requirements
* Preparing Board and Committee reporting for Licensing and Prudential Standards
* Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders including senior management, Business Unit and Support Unit Compliance teams, Prudential Standard Owners, and internal/external auditors
* Identifying and delivering on opportunities to optimise, simplify and streamline licensing and Prudential governance processes
We are interested in hearing from people who possess:
* Experience with financial services legislation, either as a compliance, operational risk, or legal professional.
* Good judgement capability, and an ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner using a variety of information
* Experience with managing a variety of stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in analysing and interpreting data
