Action Research Centre Ltd (ARC) is seeking aVolunteer Grants Writerto assist us in securing funding for research and advocacy projects addressingfamily and domestic violence, asylum seeker needs, and mental health.
This role will suit someone with strong writing and research skills who is passionate about supporting an evidence-based charity working to eliminate marginalisation.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a grant strategy to support ARC's objectives and maximise funding opportunities.
Prepare and review funding applications to foundations and government agencies.
Identify and recommend relevant funding opportunities at the national and state levels.
Collect and compile supporting materials for grant submissions.
Collaborate with the CEO and ARC team to write and review applications.
Maintain a simple grant tracking database.
About you
Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
Interest in social justice, policy, or research.
Previous experience in grant writing or related areas (desirable but not essential).
