What You'll Do
Build and manage strong relationships with private hospital clients — you'll be their first call when they need cover.
Get to know our nurses – their skills, availability, and where they like to work – so you can match the right person to the right shift.
Manage incoming shift requests and allocate nurses quickly and accurately.
Proactively monitor outstanding requests and fill gaps fast.
Partner with the candidate services team to grow our nursing pool
Who You Are
A seasoned recruiter, ideally with experience in Healthcare
Comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a hospital to maintain client relationships
Organised, self-motivated and a team player focused on outcomes
Resilient, curious, and have a win for all attitude
